Hi, friends!! This last weekend was extremely busy for me because it was my first double header weekend! I had the opportunity to second shoot for two fabulous Ohio photographers: Jenn Manor of Jenn Manor Photo and Morgan Anderson of Morgan Anderson Photography. These ladies were so gracious in letting me help them with their wedding days. I photographed Katie + Adam’s Wedding in Cincinnati on Friday with Jenn, and it was so much fun. We were with the bride all day and captured the small moments from getting her hair and makeup done at the hotel to the big moments during the ceremony and first dances. Their details and venue were stunning! As much as I loved photographing the day, I enjoyed getting to know Jenn even more. She has such a calm and sweet spirit, and has so much wisdom that she freely shared with me. We talked about all things business, our passions, our personal lives… literally everything! That’s what I love about this community: you can so easily make friends with other business owners and you already have so much in common. Thanks for letting me shoot with you, Jenn! Here are a few of my favorites from Katie + Adam’s wedding day.
Then, on Saturday, I had the opportunity to join Morgan and photograph Anna + Ben’s wedding. I’ve known about Morgan for a few months now, but only recently met her in person. She is so outgoing and joyful, and that translates beautifully for how she approaches a wedding. I met Anna a few months ago and she is one of the happiest people you’ll ever meet. She has such a positive spirit, and you could tell that no matter what happened on her special day, she would be married at the end and that’s all that mattered to her. Anna is an amazing quilter, and she made the blue quilt that was hung on the barn where they were married. She even sewed her last name into it! Such a beautiful personalized detail. I just loved it! Here are a few of my favorites from their wedding day!
Even though this weekend was jam packed with weddings and other activities, I wouldn’t have it other way. I love what I do, and I love learning more and more about it each time I pick up my camera!
