Wow, the last two weekends have been filled with so many weddings!! I have had the amazing opportunity to second shoot with three amazing photographers: Stephanie from Stephanie Brann Photography, Jenn from Jenn Manor Photo, and Morgan from Morgan Anderson Co. These women have been so incredibly encouraging for both my business, and me personally as a creative entrepreneur.
Stephanie and I met earlier this summer at the #karimeworkshop. It turned out that we were already following each other on Instagram, so it was really fun to finally meet each other! We’ve connected a few times this summer and last weekend, I assisted her at Jamie + Bill’s wedding in Upper Arlington, Ohio. The bride got ready at her parents house and then we walked over to the church across the street for the ceremony. The reception was at the Darby House, and it was seriously so much fun! The music was great, the dancing was lively, and there was so much love in the air. These are a few of my favorites from their special day!
On Sunday, I drove home to Dayton and met Jenn and Rolling Meadows Ranch. This venue is so cool, and the property that it sits on is breathtaking. There were no details left untouched, and it is always such a joy to spend my day with Jenn. She really is amazing, friends! Becca and Jordan were married by Becca’s father, and it was such a romantic and Christ-centered ceremony. Becca looked absolutely stunning. We went out into the fields for some sunset pictures and holy cow, It couldn’t have been any better!! Here are a few of my favorites from Becca + Jordan’s wedding day!
Finally this past Saturday, I headed down to Cincinnati to join Morgan for Jessica and Andrew’s wedding. The whole day was located at their home that was filled with so much nature and woods full of tall pine trees. It was a photographer’s dream come true! Morgan was so much fun to work with, especially since I’ve gotten to know her a little bit more this summer through the Rising Tide Society. She’s the leader of the Dayton chapter and I wish I could have been in Dayton a little bit longer so that I could continue to attend their meetings! Anywho, Saturday’s forecast called for rain all. day. long. And you know what? I didn’t feel one drop! I am so incredibly thankful that the rain held off and we had such a beautiful day for their wedding. Here are a few of my favorites from their special day!
After kicking off my fall wedding season with these three amazing weddings, I am even more excited for this Amanda + Chris to tie the knot this weekend! It’s going to be a good one, friends 🙂
With joy,
Kelsie
