Megan’s Uptown Westerville senior session is one of my favorites to date!
As a photographer and owner of my business, I wear many hats. One of the many hats that I wear on shoot days is weather forecaster. On the day of Megan’s session, we woke up to a “chance of rain” in the forecast. I like to suggest to my seniors to stick it out if there is ever a chance of rain. I am able to keep an eye on the radar and make sure we plan our session so you get stunning images.
Megan’s session started off with a drizzle but you would never know looking at her gorgeous photos. With the help of the style guide I offer all my seniors, she had the cutest outfits. That floral puff sleeve dress was amazing! Even though there was a chance that mother nature would throw a wrench in our plans, we stuck it out and we were all so glad we did.
Megan said, “My session was exactly what I wanted!” Those are words that I LOVE to hear. When prep materials help you plan your dream senior session, then I’ve done my job well.
There’s SO much more to senior pictures than just pressing a button on a camera. Curating outfits, choosing locations, being your personal meteorologist, and posing you in a flattering way all play a huge role in how your pictures turn out!
