I had the pleasure of working with the Kleinhenz family for their at home family session. This family works with Cory at our church and loved hanging out with them at their home in Delaware, Ohio.  

This wonderful family of 4 has a beautiful home and surrounding area that gave me such a wide variety of places to get gorgeous shots. The lighting in this area is just fabulous!

I love animals so naturally we started by taking photos of the family with their amazing horses. They have horses in all different colors – black, white and brown so their blue and gray outfits really brought out the natural beauty of the animals and the family alike. The love the Kleinhenzs have for their horses was overflowing and the horses showed them that same love in return. It was such a joy to be able to witness that interaction and it made for natural, loving photographs.

We captured more shots of the family by the beautiful streams and lush trees around the property that included piggyback rides and tickle fights. Then we had an outfit change and moved to a few different locations.

Their new outfits featured reds and plaids, so I wanted to find an area to shoot that was able to compliment those colors. We found a lovely, wooded area with fall-colored leaves and had a ball taking different pictures there. There were big tree limbs to sit on and sister even braved a rope swing that turned into an adorable shot with brother in the background.

I was overjoyed to be able to take so many different photos with the Kleinhenz family. We had an adventure full of different poses and locations. The next time you need family photographs taken, I’d love to help you out!
