I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Neila during her Schiller Park and German Village Senior Session. The weather that day was beautiful, and we found a variety of locations to not only capture the beauty of the day but the beauty of Neila as well. Schiller Park and German village are both so versatile and I love doing sessions at both places because the end result never disappoints.
Neila started off looking gorgeous in a classic black dress and booties. We found a lovely tree with white blossoms and took a few standing shots. The tree’s flowers were a perfect contrast to her dress. We were then able to find a really neat fence and brick road to take a few more standing shots. I loved the purple tree in the background that added a brilliant pop of color.
Neila then had an outfit change into a cute pink sweater, jeans and white shoes and we searched for a scenery change as well. We found some pretty pink flowers that complemented her sweater perfectly so took some standing shots with those and then moved on to a bridge. Neila’s smile is contagious and I couldn’t help but smile right along with her as we took a few sitting and standing shots on the bridge.
Neila had one more outfit change into a nice spring floral top and black pants which meant another scenery change as well. I captured Neila in a variety of poses this time with nature as the backdrop.
It is important for me to create a photography experience for seniors who don’t just want a yearbook photo, but want to truly capture the story and memories of their senior year and Neila and I had fun doing just that. I’d love to help you capture your senior year next!
