Friends, many of you may not know this until now, but SURPRISE!! I finally moved to Columbus! This is something that I’ve been dreaming and praying about, and it is so crazy how the Lord can just knit together so many details all at once. Seriously guys, I am just blown away at how He’s provided for me over these last few weeks. I needed a job, and He provided. I needed an apartment, and He provided. I needed a roomie, and He provided. I needed new friends in a new city, and He provided. So crazy!  

Anywho, for those of you who know me outside of my photography know that I absolutely LOVE to decorate. I had the cutest Pinterest-inspired college rooms and houses that you could imagine. I have been dreaming of decorating my own place for so long now, and it is finally happening! The key here is to utilize my DIY skills as much as possible while still maintaining a classy and sophisticated style. Next week, I’ll share my Pinterest inspiration boards, but this week I wanted to show you a few before pictures so you can see the space. Unfortunately, there aren’t too many inside my apartment because I forgot to take them before I moved everything in… But these few sneak peeks will have to do until you see everything finished and decorated. 🙂 Plus, you get to see parts of the complex too!

I have my own room, my own bathroom, my own walk-in closet (which is completely full… oops), and a beautiful kitchen. Our living room is huge and has giant windows and a glass door that leads to cute little porch. I think I know exactly where I will be styling some of my flat-lays in the future!! The natural light that comes flooding through these windows is just perfect.

I am so excited about this new blog series! Stay tuned for updates on my new space, and maybe even a tutorial or two on how I created something… who knows 😉 Let me know what you want to read about and I will make it happen.
