Over the last few years it has been such a privilege to serve friends that I grew up with on their wedding days. All those years ago, we didn’t really know what we wanted to do with our lives, so it’s so crazy to think that they are crossing paths yet again! Lauren and I went to high school together, and I was so thrilled for her when I found out she was engaged. These two are huge Columbus Crew fans, so ryan popped the question before a game with her very own “Harris” scarf, her soon-to-be new last name! Talk about a perfect proposal for these two! I am so excited to serve them next June, and it was such a joy to get to know Ryan at their engagement session.

We met at Scioto Grove Metro Park (aka my new favorite place!) for their sunset session, and although we didn’t have as much sun as we’d hoped, the fall colors were out of this world beautiful! The way Ryan looks at Lauren would make anyone’s heart melt, and Lauren is just glowing! Plus, they nailed it with their outfits!
