This fall, I had the absolute pleasure of photographing the New Albany Cheerleaders, and it was such a fun, high-energy session from start to finish. From Freshman to JV and Varsity, every squad brought enthusiasm, confidence, and incredible team spirit that made this session unforgettable.

Team photos are always about more than just poses they’re about capturing connection, pride, and personality. The New Albany cheerleaders truly delivered on all of that. Each group showed off their unique dynamic while still feeling cohesive as one program. The Freshman team brought contagious excitement and big smiles, the JV squad showed off their growing confidence and strong teamwork, and Varsity stepped in with leadership, polish, and powerful presence.

One of my favorite parts of this session was creating fun, energetic group shots that felt natural and true to each team. We mixed classic lineup images with more relaxed, playful moments that really showcased their bond. Between jumps, laughs, and hype moments in between takes, it was clear how much these athletes support one another both on and off the sidelines.

Fall is such a great season for team photos, and the timing couldn’t have been better. The crisp air, school spirit, and excitement of the season added an extra layer of energy to the shoot. These images are not only perfect for programs, banners, and social media, but also serve as lasting memories for these athletes and their families.
