Golden sunshine, cobblestone streets, and a senior ready to celebrate her final year. Katie’s senior session at German Village was such a joy to photograph. The day truly could not have been more perfect. The sun showed up in the best way, giving us that warm glow that makes every moment feel a little extra special.

We started the session with Katie wearing her dance jacket, and I always love when seniors bring something that represents who they are. It’s such a meaningful way to tell their story and capture a piece of what has shaped their high school years. Dance has clearly been an important part of Katie’s journey, and it was the perfect way to begin her session.

After that, Katie changed into a stunning white dress that looked absolutely beautiful against the charming brick streets and historic character of the village. We wandered through the streets, stopping along the cobblestone walkways and finding the sweetest little corners filled with sunshine. German Village always provides the most timeless backdrop, and Katie made every location shine.

For her next look, she switched into a white top paired with jeans, which created the perfect laid-back vibe. These photos felt so natural and carefree as we walked and laughed our way through the streets. Some of my favorite moments from the session happened during this part because it truly captured Katie’s personality.

The final outfit change was a gorgeous turquoise maxi dress, and it was the perfect way to end the session. The color popped beautifully in the sunshine, and Katie had so much fun twirling and moving through the cobblestone paths. She absolutely glowed in this dress, and you could see her confidence shine through in every photo.
